Adam Sandler congratulated Will Zalatoris on his PGA Tour win in a tweet comparing him to the caddy from the 1996 movie “Happy Gilmore.”

Zalatoris finished first at the FedEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis, Tennessee on Sunday, earning his first career PGA Tour win.

Sandler first came to Salatoris’ attention last year after he bore a strong resemblance to his caddy from the golf comedy flick “Happy Gilmore,” played by actor Jared Van Snellenberg. Sandler tweeted a photo of himself with the 26-year-old character, writing, “Have fun today guys. Mr. Gilmore is watching you and is so proud.”

The golfer responded, “Let me know if you ever need a caddy. I’ll be better this time. I’m always available for you, Mr. Gilmore.” After his latest win on Sunday, the actor sent him his best, saying, “Congratulations! I’m happy for you! You’re happy! Enjoy everything!”
